Adoption Application

Thank you for your interest in adopting a rescued dog, here is a brief explanation of how we work the process. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us.

Please fill out the adoption application below, if you know the name of the dog, the name of the foster or the litter, please include it. If you have not chosen a dog yet, let us know what you are looking for and if approved we will contact you and find the perfect dog for you, according to the specifications you have written in your application.
Take photos of the areas where the dog will live (patio, balcony, bedroom, family room, etc.) and upload them at the end of the application.
You can send photos of your home to [email protected] or upload them at the end of this application. WITHOUT PHOTOS THE EVALUATION WILL NOT BE CARRIED OUT. We will receive the application automatically once submitted.
Submit a photo of a valid ID at the end of the application.
When the application and PHOTOS are received, then we proceed to evaluate them. This evaluation period should not take more than 2 weeks. If you do not receive a response after 2 weeks, please send us an email.
If the application is approved, there is an adoption fee of $220 – $400 that depends on the selected dog, this covers basic vaccinations, deworming, flea/tick preventive and neutering or sterilization (we will make the appointment for you if the pet hasn’t been neuter). Please note that of your fee, there is a $20 application approval fee that is non-refundable if you regret adopting. An adoption contract will be sent which must be signed and returned within a period of 5 days.

The adopter will also be given the puppy’s medical record within a 2-week period. If you do not receive the puppy’s paperwork, please email [email protected].

Our policy is to ensure that each person who adopts a dog is aware of the responsibilities of being a pet guardian and is able and willing to accept those moral, physical and financial responsibilities. Not everyone who wants to adopt a dog should do so.
